Rules of Entry
1. No responsibility whatsoever will be taken by the organisers or landowners for
accident illness injury or damage to persons vehicles property or animals how so ever caused. All competitors visitors and spectators attend/compete at their own risk.
2. The organisers stipulate that there should be no stallions or 2-3 year old colts in showing classes in Ring 2
3.No entry forms will be accepted unless they have the competitors name, address and telephone number have been signed.
4. Approved British Standard hard hats must be worn at all times whilst mounted.
5. All competitors taking part in jumping classes are reminded that suitable back protectors are advisable.
6. No cantering or galloping outside the rings, with the exception of the practice jump area.
7. Riders must adhere to all signs at all times as they are in place for everyone’s safety. Any one not adhering to the rules may be asked to leave the showground.
8. The judge’s decision is final.
9. Any objections must be lodged with the secretary within 30 minutes of the end of the class and be accompanied by a deposit of £5.00, which will be refunded in the event of the objection being upheld.
10. Entry fees will only be refunded in the event of the organisers considering it necessary to cancel the show for any reason. The organisers’ decision is final.
11. It is at the competitors discretion not to enter two classes which could potentially clash.
12. Suitable footwear must be worn at all times. No spurs, whips or soft shoes to be worn in gymkhana classes.
13. The organisers reserve the right to amend the schedule and to amalgamate or divide classes as necessary.
14. The right is reserved to refuse entry without giving a reason.
15. It is advisable for each competitor to consider having his or her own Public Liability Insurance.
16. Dogs must be kept on a lead and under proper control at all times.
